Turkey's leading investment banking services and asset management group ÜNLÜ & Co, has successfully completed the share sales of 2,75 % in PETKİM PETROKİMYA HOLDİNG A.Ş. (PETKİM) of SOCAR Turkey Enerji A.Ş. (SOCAR Turkey)’s in Borsa İstanbul.

Equivalent to 41 million 278 thousand shares, the total volume of the sales is announced as $ 51 million. Also ÜNLÜ & Co acted as the advisor of PETKİM’s $ 56 million and $ 25 million share sales in the previous year which is equal to company’s 5 % capital in total.
